- 12 sausage links

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut each puff pastry sheet into 3 strips.
- Wrap each sausage link with a pastry strip, sealing the edges.
- Place wrapped sausages on the prepared baking sheet.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg for a golden finish.
- Sprinkle with seeds if desired.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
Notes
Ensure sausages are fully wrapped to prevent spillage during baking. Serve hot with ketchup, mustard, or your favorite dip.
