- 3 bell peppers (mix of colors), sliced

- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Juice of 1 lime
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Start by slicing the chicken or beef and chopping the colorful bell peppers and onions. Mince the garlic and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix the fajita seasoning, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Toss the sliced meat, peppers, onions, and garlic with olive oil and the spice mixture until everything is evenly coated. Transfer the mixture to your crockpot.
- Cover and set your Crockpot to low. Cook for about 4-6 hours, or until the meat is tender and the flavors have melded beautifully.
- Once cooked, squeeze fresh lime juice over the fajitas and garnish with chopped cilantro for a burst of freshness.
