- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
- Cook tortellini in boiling salted water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream, bring to a gentle simmer, and stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Add cooked tortellini and cherry tomatoes to the sauce. Toss to combine and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped basil, salt, and pepper. Serve immediately.
