- 1 red bell pepper, chopped into chunks
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped into chunks
- 1 large onion, quartered
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Skewers (wooden or metal)
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, toss chicken pieces with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Thread chicken, peppers, and onion onto skewers alternately.
- Grill skewers for 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are slightly charred.
- Serve hot with veggie dip on the side.
