Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and sear chicken until golden on both sides.
- Place chicken in slow cooker, add garlic, lemon slices, rice, and chicken broth.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours until chicken is cooked through and rice is tender.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
