- 1.5 pounds (680g) sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Season the beef bites with salt, pepper, thyme, and paprika.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add 2 tablespoons of butter.
- Add the seasoned beef bites in a single layer and cook for about 3-4 minutes per side until browned and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- Reduce heat to medium and add remaining butter and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Return beef bites to the skillet, toss to coat in garlic butter, and cook for another 1-2 minutes to heat through.
- Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a splash of soy sauce or Worcestershire sauce while cooking.
- Serve over rice, mashed potatoes, or a fresh salad for a complete meal.
