- 2 pounds beef sirloin or tenderloin, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Place beef bites in the slow cooker.
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat and add minced garlic, sauté until fragrant.
- Pour garlic butter over beef in the slow cooker.
- Add soy sauce, thyme, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours until tender.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a splash of balsamic vinegar or a pinch of red pepper flakes. Serve with mashed potatoes or steamed vegetables.
