- 1 pre-made pizza crust or homemade pizza dough
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup chopped lettuce
- 1/4 cup sliced jalapenos
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup sour cream (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the pizza crust on a sheet pan.
- In a skillet, cook ground beef until browned. Add taco seasoning and water according to package instructions. Simmer until thickened.
- Spread the cooked beef evenly over the pizza crust.
- Sprinkle shredded cheeses evenly over the beef.
- Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes until crust is crispy and cheese is melted.
- Remove from oven and top with diced tomatoes, lettuce, jalapenos, olives, and cilantro.
- If desired, serve with sour cream and enjoy immediately.
Notes
- You can substitute ground chicken or turkey for beef.
- For a vegetarian version, replace meat with seasoned beans or grilled vegetables.
