- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 oz pasta (penne or spaghetti)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain.
- Meanwhile, season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken until golden and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Slice into strips.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Combine cooked pasta, chicken slices, garlic, and parmesan cheese in the skillet. Toss until well coated and heated through.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and extra parmesan before serving.
