- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
- Sour cream and sliced jalapenos for serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, rice, beans, salsa, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the mixture evenly in a greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese over the top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbling and cheese is melted and golden.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro, and serve with sour cream and jalapenos.

- You can add corn or diced peppers for extra flavor.
