- 1 pound thinly sliced beef sirloin or ribeye
- 1 cup shredded provolone or mozzarella cheese
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 low-carb or keto-friendly wraps or flatbreads
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Sauté onions and peppers until softened, about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add sliced beef to the skillet and cook until browned, about 3–4 minutes. Remove from heat.
- Lay out each wrap and evenly distribute beef mixture over the center. Top with shredded cheese.
- Roll up tightly and place seam side down on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes until cheese is melted and rolls are golden brown.
