- 1 pound ground beef or chicken
- 4 medium potatoes, sliced into thin rounds
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add diced onion and minced garlic; sauté until translucent.
- Cook ground beef or chicken until browned and cooked through; season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Remove meat from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, layer sliced potatoes and cook until they begin to soften, about 10 minutes.
- Return the cooked meat to the skillet, stirring to combine with potatoes.
- Pour in heavy cream and sprinkle grated cheddar cheese on top.
- Cover and simmer for an additional 5-7 minutes until sauce is thickened and potatoes are tender.

- You can substitute ground turkey or plant-based meat for a different flavor.
- Serve with a fresh green salad for a complete meal.
