Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Mix cookie crumbs and melted butter, press into the bottom of a springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes.

  3. Add eggs one at a time, blending thoroughly. Pour over crust.
  4. Bake for 55-60 minutes until set. Cool completely.
  5. Top with fresh raspberries and raspberry glaze if desired. Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
