Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound (450g) chicken tenders or chicken breast strips
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cups panko breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Salt to taste
- Cooking spray or olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly spray with cooking spray.
- Set up a dredging station with three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with seasoned panko breadcrumbs mixed with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each chicken strip into the flour, then the eggs, and finally coat thoroughly with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the coated chicken tenders on the prepared baking sheet. Lightly spray the tops with cooking spray for extra crispiness.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through, turning halfway through for even crispiness.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add some grated Parmesan cheese or hot sauce to the breadcrumb mixture.
- Ensure chicken pieces are evenly coated for consistent crispiness.
- Enjoy with your favorite dipping sauces like honey mustard, ranch, or ketchup.
