Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast or thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup cornstarch
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise

- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil

- Fry chicken in hot oil until golden brown and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per batch. Remove and drain on paper towels.
- In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, and sesame oil to make the Bang Bang sauce.
- Toss the fried chicken in the sauce until well coated.
- Serve immediately garnished with sliced green onions or sesame seeds if desired.
Notes
- For extra crunch, double coat the chicken with cornstarch before frying.
- Adjust the spice level by adding more or less sweet chili sauce.
