  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Preheat oil in a deep frying pan or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, combine cornstarch, salt, and black pepper. Dip chicken pieces into beaten eggs, then coat thoroughly with the cornstarch mixture.
  3. Fry chicken in hot oil until golden brown and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per batch. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  4. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, and sesame oil to make the Bang Bang sauce.
  5. Toss the fried chicken in the sauce until well coated.
