Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400F (200C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a shallow bowl, combine panko bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, beat the eggs.
- Dip each chicken tender into the beaten eggs, then coat evenly with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the coated chicken tenders on the prepared baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
