Creamy seafood stuffed shells filled with a blend of shrimp, scallops, and crab, baked in a rich cheese sauce, garnished with parsley and served hot.

  • 20 large pasta shells
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 pound scallops, chopped
  • 1/2 pound crab meat
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta shells in boiling salted water until al dente, drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat, sauté garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add chopped shrimp and scallops, cook until opaque.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta, heavy cream, Parmesan, mozzarella, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.
  5. Mix seafood into the cheese mixture thoroughly.
  6. Stuff each shell with the seafood-cheese filling and arrange in a baking dish.
  7. Pour remaining sauce over stuffed shells, top with extra cheese if desired.
  8. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.

Notes

  • You can substitute crab meat with cooked lobster or other seafood.
  • For a spicy kick, add crushed red pepper flakes to the sauce.
