- 20 large pasta shells
- 1 lb (450g) shrimp, chopped
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup cooked crab meat
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook pasta shells until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat, sauté garlic until fragrant, then add chopped shrimp and cook until pink.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, cooked crab, parsley, sautéed shrimp, heavy cream, salt, and pepper, mixing well.
- Stuff each shell with the seafood and cheese mixture and place in a greased baking dish.
- Pour additional heavy cream over the shells, sprinkle with extra cheese if desired.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
Notes
- Feel free to add a pinch of red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
- You can substitute shrimp with scallops or other seafood options.
