A rich and creamy seafood stuffed shells recipe combining tender pasta shells with a savory seafood and cheese filling, baked to perfection.

  • 20 large pasta shells
  • 1 lb (450g) shrimp, chopped
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup cooked crab meat
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook pasta shells until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat, sauté garlic until fragrant, then add chopped shrimp and cook until pink.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, cooked crab, parsley, sautéed shrimp, heavy cream, salt, and pepper, mixing well.
  4. Stuff each shell with the seafood and cheese mixture and place in a greased baking dish.
  5. Pour additional heavy cream over the shells, sprinkle with extra cheese if desired.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
