- 2 pounds potatoes, thinly sliced

- 1 cup grated Gruyere cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish.
- Arrange sliced potatoes in the dish, overlapping slightly.
- In a saucepan, combine heavy cream, roasted garlic, salt, and pepper. Heat until warm.
- Pour the cream mixture over the potatoes.
- Sprinkle Gruyere and Parmesan cheeses evenly on top.
- Dot with butter and bake for 45-50 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute other cheeses like cheddar or mozzarella.
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of nutmeg to the cream mixture.
