- Cooked mashed potatoes
Instructions
- Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Pour in heavy cream, lemon juice, and simmer until slightly thickened, about 2 minutes.
- Serve the shrimp over a bed of mashed potatoes, garnished with parsley.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes or a splash of white wine to the sauce. Use fresh herbs for garnishing.
