- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, garlic, mayonnaise, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Lay out the tortillas and evenly distribute the chicken mixture onto each.
- Sprinkle cheese over the filling.
- Roll up the tortillas tightly to form wraps.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the wraps for about 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
- Slice in half and serve hot.
