- 2 cups cooked penne pasta
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add heavy cream, Parmesan, thyme, salt, and pepper; simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Mix cooked pasta and shredded chicken in a large bowl. Pour the sauce over and stir to combine.
- Transfer to a baking dish, sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

- For extra flavor, add sautéed mushrooms or spinach.
- Use cook-and-shred rotisserie chicken for quicker prep.
