- 8 oz penne pasta
- 6 slices bacon, cooked crispy and crumbled
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh chives or parsley
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble.
- In the same skillet, sauté garlic in a little bacon fat until fragrant. Add heavy cream, ranch dressing, and Parmesan cheese. Stir until smooth and heated through.
- Mix in cooked shredded chicken, bacon crumbles, and cooked pasta. Toss to combine and season with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with chopped chives or parsley before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute cooked turkey or ham for chicken.
- For a lighter version, use half-and-half instead of heavy cream.
- Serve with a side salad or garlic bread for a complete meal.
