- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup Boursin cheese (garlic and herbs flavor)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 8 ounces cooked pasta (penne or fusilli)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add diced chicken and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Reduce heat to low and add Boursin cheese, stirring until melted and smooth.
- Pour in heavy cream, stir to combine, and simmer for 2-3 minutes to thicken.
- Add cooked pasta, toss to coat in the sauce, and season with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute Boursin cheese with cream cheese and herbs if unavailable.
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
