- 1 cup orzo pasta

- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Remove excess fat if necessary.
- Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until fragrant and translucent.
- Stir in diced tomatoes, beef broth, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil.
- Add orzo to the skillet, reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 10-12 minutes until orzo is tender and liquid is absorbed.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a dash of red pepper flakes or grated Parmesan cheese.
- This dish can be made vegetarian by substituting ground beef with lentils or plant-based meat alternatives.
