Instructions
- Season the sliced chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian herbs.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add seasoned chicken slices, cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
- Lay out the tortillas on a clean surface. Distribute cooked chicken evenly across each.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan over the chicken. Optionally, add fresh herbs or a garlic-infused drizzle.
- Roll each tortilla tightly, folding in the sides to enclose the filling.
- Optionally, bake at 375°F (190°C) for 10 minutes to melt the cheese and crisp the wraps, or use an air fryer for quicker, crispier results.
- Garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Slice diagonally and serve immediately.
