Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Sear chicken for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- In a small bowl, mix lemon zest, lemon juice, minced garlic, and Romano cheese.
- Place seared chicken in a baking dish. Spoon the lemon mixture over the chicken.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
