Instructions
- Marinate the chicken breasts with honey, lime juice, soy sauce, lime zest, salt, and pepper for 15 minutes.
- Grill the chicken over medium heat until cooked through and nicely charred, about 6-7 minutes per side. Slice into strips.
- Warm the cooked rice and evenly layer it on serving plates.
- Top the rice with sliced grilled chicken and fresh avocado slices.
- Drizzle with additional honey lime sauce if desired and garnish with cilantro.
