- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs

- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 ½ cups fresh strawberries, chopped

- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar (for whipped cream)

Instructions
- Combine graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Chill for 15 minutes.
- Beat softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth. Fold in chopped strawberries.
- In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Gently fold into the cream cheese mixture.
- Spread the filling evenly over the chilled crust. Garnish with extra strawberries if desired. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
