- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tsp fresh thyme, chopped

Instructions
- Season the steaks generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until hot.
- Sear the steaks for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked to desired doneness.
- In the last minute of cooking, add butter, garlic, rosemary, and thyme to the skillet.
- Pour the melted garlic herb butter over the steaks and let rest for 5 minutes.
- Serve topped with additional garlic butter and garnish with parsley if desired.
