- 1 cup heavy cream

- Chopped green onions and red peppers for garnish
Instructions
- Season shredded chicken with Cajun seasoning and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add diced onion and bell pepper, sauté until softened.
- Add garlic, smoked paprika, and cayenne, cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in chicken broth, bring to a boil, then reduce heat.
- Add seasoned chicken, simmer for 10 minutes.
- Stir in heavy cream, cook for another 5 minutes until heated through.
- Season with salt and pepper, then serve hot garnished with chopped green onions and red peppers.
Notes
- You can substitute cooked shredded chicken or rotisserie chicken for quicker preparation.
- Adjust the heat level by modifying cayenne pepper to suit your taste.
