A delicious, cheesy pull apart bread with layers of soft bread and melted cheese, perfect for sharing at any gathering or as a comforting snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 loaf of French bread or Italian bread
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Slice the loaf about 1 inch apart, almost through to the bottom.
  2. Mix melted butter, garlic, salt, pepper, and parsley in a small bowl.
  3. Carefully brush the garlic butter into the slices, distributing evenly.
  4. Stuff shredded mozzarella and Parmesan cheese between the cuts.
  5. Wrap the loaf in foil and bake for 15-20 minutes.
  6. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and crust is golden.
  7. Garnish with extra parsley if desired, and serve warm.
