Instructions
- In a large pot, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add chopped onion and garlic; cook until softened.
- Pour in beef broth and add diced potatoes, carrots, and celery. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer until vegetables are tender, about 15 minutes.
- Stir in shredded cheese and milk or cream until smooth and creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot with your favorite toppings.
