- 2 cups pancake mix

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Cook sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- In a mixing bowl, combine pancake mix, milk, and eggs until smooth.
- Spread cooked sausage evenly in the prepared baking dish.
- Pour pancake batter over the sausage layer.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese and chopped parsley on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and bubbly. Serve warm.
