Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, diced or shredded
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: hot sauce or your favorite dipping sauce
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise or Greek yogurt with minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix well to create a flavorful garlic cheese spread.
- Lay a flour tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread a generous layer of the garlic cheese mixture over the tortilla.
- Add cooked chicken and sprinkle both shredded cheeses evenly over the spread.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and tightly roll from one end to secure the filling inside.
- Brush the wraps lightly with olive oil. Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
- Place the wraps seam-side down on the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until golden and crispy. Flip and cook the other side for another 2-3 minutes until cheese melts and tortillas are toasted.
Notes
- Ensure not to overfill the wraps for easier rolling.
- For extra crispiness, lightly brush the outside with olive oil before cooking.
- Leftover wraps can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2-3 days and reheated in the oven at 350°F for about 10 minutes for best crispiness.
