- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup honey
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- Fresh thyme or parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Sear chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Stir in honey and cook for 2-3 minutes until mixture is smooth and slightly thickened.
- Return chicken to the skillet, spooning the honey butter sauce over the top. Cook for an additional 2 minutes, coating evenly.
- Garnish with fresh herbs and serve immediately.

- Adjust honey amount for sweeter or milder flavor.
- Serve with steamed vegetables or rice for a complete meal.
