Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, green onions, soy sauce, honey, sriracha, sesame oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix well and form into 1-inch meatballs.
  4. Place meatballs on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until cooked through and browned.
  5. While baking, prepare the sauce by mixing soy sauce, honey, sriracha, and sesame oil in a small bowl.
  6. Toss the baked meatballs in the sauce or serve sauce on the side for dipping.
  7. Garnish with additional green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
