- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, green onions, soy sauce, honey, sriracha, sesame oil, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well and form into 1-inch meatballs.
- Place meatballs on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until cooked through and browned.
- While baking, prepare the sauce by mixing soy sauce, honey, sriracha, and sesame oil in a small bowl.
- Toss the baked meatballs in the sauce or serve sauce on the side for dipping.
- Garnish with additional green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
- Adjust the spiciness by increasing or decreasing sriracha.
- Serve these meatballs as appetizers, over rice, or with veggie noodles.
