- 1 pound ground turkey
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce (gluten-free if needed)
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, honey, garlic, soy sauce, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Form mixture into 16-20 evenly sized meatballs and place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until cooked through and golden.
- Optional: Drizzle with additional honey garlic sauce before serving. Garnish with chopped parsley.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a teaspoon of grated ginger or chopped green onions.
- Serve with steamed vegetables, rice, or over a bed of greens for a complete meal.
