- 3 cups Corn Chex cereal
- 1 cup pretzels
- 1 cup roasted peanuts
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup light corn syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 250°F (120°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine Chex cereal, pretzels, and peanuts.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter, brown sugar, and corn syrup. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
- Let it boil for 4-5 minutes, then remove from heat and stir in vanilla and baking soda.
- Pour the caramel mixture over the cereal mixture and toss to coat evenly.
- Spread the mixture on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
- Let cool completely before breaking into clusters. Store in an airtight container.

- You can add chocolate chips after baking for extra flavor.
