- 2 cups boiling water

Instructions
- Prepare the gelatin by mixing the red jello with boiling water, stir until fully dissolved, then add cold water and mix well
- Pour the mixture into small shot glasses or cups, filling about halfway
- Insert a peeled lychee or pearl onion into each cup to resemble an eyeball
- Let the gelatin set in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or until firm
- Optional: Use black food coloring or edible marker to draw blood vessels on the surface for realism
- To enhance the spooky effect, add a small amount of dry ice or fog beneath the shots when serving
