- 2 cups cooked spaghetti
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1/2 cup chopped bell peppers
- 1/4 cup chopped jalapenos
- 1/2 cup cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine cooked spaghetti, shredded chicken, tomatoes, onions, bell peppers, jalapenos, cream of mushroom soup, chili powder, cayenne, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well until all ingredients are coated evenly.
- Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
Notes
- You can substitute chicken with turkey or make it vegetarian with plant-based alternatives.
- Adjust spice levels by adding more or less jalapenos and cayenne pepper.
