- 2 red bell peppers
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Roast red and yellow peppers for 20 minutes until charred. Peel and blend into a sauce.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season tilapia with salt and pepper.
- Sear tilapia fillets for 3-4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
- Pour roasted pepper sauce over the fish, add lemon juice, and simmer for 2 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
- For a spicier sauce, add a pinch of red chili flakes.
- Serve with steamed vegetables or rice for a complete meal.
