Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add ground turkey and cook until browned and cooked through. Season with salt, pepper, and soy sauce. Remove from heat and set aside.
- In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and sesame oil to create the spicy bang bang sauce.
- In the same skillet, sauté diced bell peppers until tender. Add cooked ground turkey back into the skillet and stir to combine.
- To assemble, divide cooked rice into bowls. Top with the turkey mixture, drizzle generously with the bang bang sauce, and garnish with chopped green onions.
