- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt

- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, onion, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well and form into 1-inch meatballs.
- Place meatballs in the slow cooker.
- In a separate bowl, mix beef broth, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce. Pour over meatballs.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until meatballs are cooked through.
- Serve hot with mashed potatoes or vegetables.

- You can add chopped parsley or thyme for extra flavor.
- For a gluten-free option, substitute bread crumbs with almond flour.
