Instructions
- Season beef with salt, pepper, paprika, and thyme.
- Place beef and potatoes into the slow cooker.
- Mix melted butter, minced garlic, and olive oil; pour over beef and potatoes.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until beef is tender.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
