- 1 lb (450g) frozen ravioli (cheese or meat-filled)
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 lb (450g) cooked Italian sausage or ground beef (optional)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Fresh basil or parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Gather all ingredients and prepare the sauce by mixing marinara with oregano, garlic powder, and olive oil. Add cooked sausage or beef if using.
- Spread a thin layer of sauce on the bottom of your crockpot.
- Layer half of the ravioli over the sauce, then dollop with ricotta cheese, sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan. Repeat layers, ending with cheese on top.
- Cover and cook on low for 4 hours until ravioli are tender and cheese is bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh basil or parsley before serving and enjoy your cheesy, comforting lasagna.
