- 20 large pasta shells
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 1 cup chopped fresh spinach
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta shells in boiling salted water until al dente, drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, combine ricotta, spinach, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Fill each shell with the ricotta mixture and place in a baking dish.
- Spread marinara sauce over the shells, then top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
- Bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Notes
- You can prepare the filling ahead of time and assemble the shells before baking.
- Feel free to add red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
