  • 1 sheet ready-rolled puff pastry
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté onion and garlic until soft.
  3. Add pulled beef to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 2-3 minutes. Allow to cool slightly.
  4. Cut the puff pastry sheet into squares approximately 3×3 inches.
  5. Place a spoonful of pulled beef mixture in the center of each square.
  6. Brush the edges with beaten egg, fold over to form a neat parcel, and seal the edges.
  7. Place the puff parcels on the prepared baking tray. Brush the tops with beaten egg.
