- 1 lb beef sirloin, sliced thin
- 2 bell peppers (red and yellow), sliced
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce (optional)
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Mix sliced beef with cornstarch, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook beef until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add garlic and onions; sauté until fragrant and onions are translucent.
- Add bell peppers and cook for 3-4 minutes until slightly tender.
- Return beef to skillet, add oyster sauce if using, and stir to combine. Cook for another 2 minutes.
- Serve hot over rice or noodles.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of soy sauce for saltiness.
- For a spicy kick, add chili flakes or hot sauce.
