  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce (optional)
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix sliced beef with cornstarch, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
  2. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook beef until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add garlic and onions; sauté until fragrant and onions are translucent.
  4. Add bell peppers and cook for 3-4 minutes until slightly tender.
  5. Return beef to skillet, add oyster sauce if using, and stir to combine. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  6. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
