- 1.5 pounds chicken breast, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, combine garlic, parmesan, olive oil, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Toss chicken pieces in the marinade until well coated.
- Thread chicken onto skewers evenly.
- Grill skewers for 6-8 minutes per side, until chicken is cooked through and slightly charred.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- Soak skewers in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning.
- You can also bake the skewers in a preheated oven at 400°F for 20 minutes.
